A classic cheddar- the cheddaring process lends a great milled texture perfect for cooking or snacking. It is the namesake of Chapel’s Country Creamery, owned by Trisha & Jarred Boyce and located in Easton, Maryland whose award-winning herd Holsteins (and a few Jerseys) produce fantastic milk- the perfect foundation for delicious cheese.

Tastes good with: Dry and off dry whites- think Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc, bold reds, or dry cider
